Planning Session Checklist
It is helpful if you can provide your team with the following information prior to your scheduled meeting time. The best way to provide information securely is through your Client Portal - either linking your accounts or uploading documents to your vault (instructions above).
- Current retirement account statements (401(k), 403(b), IRAs, etc.)
- Current investment account statements (any brokerage accounts, mutual funds, etc.)
- Pension estimates (Verizon pension estimates are available through the Verizon Benefits website)
- Current debt information (mortgage, student loan, credit cards, etc. Please include balances, interest rates, and monthly payments.)
- Most recent paystubs
- Social Security benefit estimates (available through the Social Security Administration website)
- Current insurance policy statements (including death benefits, premiums, and beneficiaries)
- Copy of current driver’s license(s)
